i weighed myself and was shocked to see 196 - my highest weight yet! so, of course, i found my closest meal replacement shake and got to chugging. it was so hot, i had to stand up and rub oil alllll over my big bloated belly 🤰 somebody tease me about how chubby i've gotten 🐽
