Added 2022-12-18 22:42:51 +0000 UTCNearly three weeks post op and I am finally able to tie my own hair again. 😆 Recovery is looking tougher than I thought. Every once in a while when I move my arms a certain way or lift an object, I get jolts of pain. I won’t be able to take new bed-rolling, ninja split, yoga booty photo/video sets for a while.
