


I'm back home after traveling and now I'm really excited to finally get back to daily workout ☺️ It's hard to keep yourself in the right frame of mind when traveling. And I've lost a lot of weight lately 😭 (my weight is now 37 kg) And I feel like I don't have enough strength and mass in my body 😤 I hope the long break won't be a problem for me 😫 I usually always workout at home, it's easier for me to make time and focus on the exercises. And my daily workouts used to always include bands and dumbbells 💪Now I'm having a hard time even on a small weight….So I will have to go back very smoothly 🥊🙈
