While I won't say no to a tip, it does kinda suck that they lop off so much (like... $5 on a $25 tip is a lot). To get around that, I've made a page on my site for folks to give tips. It takes credit cards, which is very handy for folks who can't use other payment apps. I also have an option to buy customs up there. $250 is the base price for a video, though it can vary depending on the requests.
