Here are 2 selfies I took just for you guys! Quick story: on Wednesday evening when I was on my flight from St Thomas to Atlanta, which is a 3.5 hour flight, I started experiencing some chills and feeling cold. Of course I immediately thought "covid"!! But on my next flight home I felt fine and my chills went away. Friday I felt fine most of the day, but Friday night I felt totally sick again with chills, fever, scratchy throat and an overall feeling of weakness. I went to bed early, early for me is 10-11pm. I slept sound through the night, but woke up this morning feeling even worse. Unfortunately, my symptoms had gotten worse, so around 9am I went to urgent care 95% sure I had covid. I opted for the rapid test, because I figured I needed to know asap so I could start treatment early. I already had a treatment plan in place in the event that I got covid, and this treatment works best within the first 5 days. After 5 days it is less effective. So, anyway, I did the test and within 20 mins the doctor returned to the exam room to say that I was "all good, no covid". My test was negative. I was actually surprised, and of course quite happy. The doctor said I may have a cold or even the flu. I came back home and slept for 4-5 hours. I feel much better now...almost like normal. I hope you are all well. I know many of you have had covid and it's rough.
