It’s such a privilege and I am truly grateful, especially knowing some of you are going through your own battles and struggles. I want to take this opportunity to remind you that mental health is not gender based. Being a man doesn’t mean you have Captain’s America’s shield between you and poor mental health. Your feelings are valid. Never forget that. If you are struggling in any way I implore you to reach out and talk. Please do not suffer in silence.
