Truthfully, my health has been up and down all month, and it's hard to gauge what I am capable of. So sometimes I plan for things, but when the time comes, I'm unable. It's been extremely frustrating, but I'm trying to be gentle with myself. For anyone who doesn't know, I dealt with chronic health issues for all of my 20s. I've made tremendous progress and most of the time, I'm really healthy. But the last few weeks have been a series of unfortunate events + infections and some of my 'chronic' things are flaring as well because of it. I am doing my best to care for myself. So many of you are so incredibly patient with me. And for that, I am filled with gratitude despite feeling really sad that things just aren't really going my way lately. We are almost out of the woods. Hang tight xx Em
