MRI came back good thank god but my cholesterol is very high. š¤¦š¼āāļø Started with a personal trainer yesterday. So I hope you all stick around to see my transformation lol see if my back can handle this and my bad shoulders and my knees hahaha fuck getting old sucks. Hahaha not letting this stop me ...no no no no ..Iām not ready to be a couch potato ...I need to keep up with my man 17 years shy of me. Lol
