I need to speak out... I have worked in the mechanical keyboards store 4 about 2 years. It was my dream job, because I just love keyboards and I know everything about them! But lately it has become unbearable there. Instead of hiring additional employees with a clear area of responsibility, absolutely all responsibilities r distributed among the current staff. At first it was even interesting to me, I like to dive deep into some area and study its processes, but unfortunately I can't do EVERYTHING! They put responsibilities on me and other guys that we just shouldn't be doing. But even so, the last straw was that they just don't want to raise the salary. They don't wanna hire new employees + they don't wanna raise the salary for additional responsibilities to current employees = well, I wish good luck to my boss, but I'm not going to participate in this anymore. I'm sorry it ended like this, because I loved this place. But there is also good news!! I have a lot of free time and I would really like to devote even more time to my social networks and Fansly!
