Trying to get my sleep schedule in order 。・゚゚・(>_<)・゚゚・。 I like to play at night, but it seems to have gone too far. The best way is to stay up for 24 hours and then go to bed in the evening. But that's been very difficult lately. This schedule interferes with work and existence in general. I drink melatonin, go to bed without my phone and try to get out of bed as soon as I wake up rather than lying around until noon.
