Added 2022-09-25 23:35:04 +0000 UTCI know my meds cause mood swing, but today a really hard day. I've always been suicidal and for a while I started to feel like that chancing it hasn't . The overwhelming lioness is so painful. Take a moment to reach out to someone without them asking you to. I don't know how much I can hold on, don't let love ones get to the point I'm at. It's too late for me because feeling this way is all I know. Everyday when I go to sleep I pray I don't get up again. It's awful so if you care about someone reach out once in a while.
