Well I have had BPH for a couple years and found I did have early prostate cancer which is since resolved. Like it’s actually no big deal at all… probably one of the most desirable cancers to have if you had to pick from 1 in a handful. So I don’t produce much semen. I can cum but often not much. Often I have ejaculations but thick and just seep out a minute or so after I orgasm.
It’s just real life and a teeny problem to work with. Could be way worse. I can deal with having less cum than normal in difficulty when beginning to make pp inn toilett.
Overall, life is great! It’s better than good way better. So I’ll just juggle this and keep living more and more to its fullest.
