







so wearing one of these was suggested to me to help with the extra hanging fat and skin that are hard areas to target for me because I have the hernia in my abdominal wall. I kind of see a difference with it on? Going to take it easy and not wear for too long and probably only when I workout or am doing housework. Also saw some stuff that makes you sweat extra in target areas so Iām going to look more into that š
