I get nervous talking about this stuff here but the honest truth is that I've just been struggling *a lot* with my mental health for most of 2021, specifically with an emotional regulation disorder that I've dealt with for years which happens to have been hitting me particularly hard lately. Lately, the intensity of it has been affecting not only my mood, but also my appetite, sleep, my self image/confidence, my ability to socialize, etc. Most days are a *constant* battle with my brain that can make it hard to motivate myself to eat, to drink, to shower, to brush my teeth... **BUT** I'm doing my best to keep my head up and tough this period out. So even if you're just a stranger here to see me naked, *thank you* for supporting me in a time when I need it most. I WILL get through this and get back to being as cheery and active as I was before. 🥺💖 p.s I tried a new perspective with these... I hope you like them :) <3
