Every morning I have to walk for an hour (fasted) before I do anything, then I come home and do my chores, then I walk again (doggo needs a lunchtime walk) and then I can get ready and create content for you horny bastards ; and somewhere in amongst all that I squeeze in my weights and resistance training. Iโm really excited to be on a good programme with spring approaching and I hope youโll see positive changes in my body too! ๐ Iโve also started discovering really amazing walks near my home and places I can take some cheeky naked nature shots too! ๐ฅฐ
