Back and arms combo 💪🏽 While usually we do the traditional dumbbell rows, we went lighter and did what we call "seatbelt" rows. Imagine reaching over your body and putting on your seatbelt. By allowing the weight to pull forward and across your body you're stretching your lats (which will allow for further growth), then pulling back on the contraction in a supinated grip (palms up) to put more focus on the lower lats. The rest is pretty self explanatory 😁
