


Way back Wednesday to a little more than 6 years ago. About a month after I had my son. We walked back then, and still walk to this day. Staying in shape during and after pregnancy is easy if you continue working out and eating right throughout the entire process. That whole thing about you're eating for two...its bullshit. You're eating for one. Some may say well yeah if you want a small or malnourished newborn. Wrong. I'm 5ft and 120lbs, our son, was almost 9lbs. I ate the same as I do today and worked out until the day he popped out.
