Doing some "wood chops" to help tighten and ton the obliques. Then on to some rope cable curls to help work that bicep "peak" and some single arm bicep isolation curls. Doing what I can to save these gains while shedding down. It's a balance game. Balancing cardio/caloric expenditure vs weight training/macronutrient consumption.
