Sometimes you gotta go back to the basics. Starting to incorporate calisthenics, plyometrics and stability exercises back into my regimen. I started with this shit almost 20 yrs ago. No lie, these are hard as fuck! That's why I hate doing this. I'd much rather lift heavy weight to the point of blacking out then this stuff. BUT...if it sucks, it means I need it. As we age it's far more important to be functional and great balance as opposed to lifting heavy shit. Also this will shock my system and hopefully bring some different results 💪🏽💯💪🏽
