Added 2021-02-11 23:49:24 +0000 UTCI dare you to dedicate just 3 months of your life to developing a great health habit, like exercise and/or clean eating. 90 days is the average time it takes to develop a habit, 90 days to change your life for the better. Imagine what you would feel like physically, mentally and spiritually after 90 days of healthy eating and a daily dose of good exercise. I've weight trained for 18 yrs this coming April with very little focus on cardio. Back in December I decided to make cardio a staple in my routine as well even cleaner eating. The results in the last 2 months have amazed even myself and I'm absolutely loving it. Feels good, feels accomplished, and have already made it a habit in less than 90 days. It's all in how bad you want it. These back exercises were right before a 60 minute StairMaster session 🥵 I'll be 36 in June, with children, and I'll be in the best shape of my life this spring and it's no thanks to genetics 🧬 or luck 🍀.
