I went from meth addict to fitness addict and never looked back! So for those struggling or having a hard time getting into fitness or over an addiction, I want to be more than just a sex star. I want to inspire and give you hope. So, let's get into this ab work, seems like almost a daily thing now I'm working the core. Both of these will be workin the lower portion of the abs. Keep the core tight, exhale on the contraction, be in control of the movement. Remember that these exercises won't necessarily give you "six pack" abs. These help build and tighten the actual muscle. The layer of fat covering the abs must be burnt off by hours n hours of cardio along with a great diet. It's not just one thing, this or that, it's literally a combination of ALL THREE aspects. The eating and cardio being the hardest and that is why most people fail to produce an amazing midsection.
