These exercises here will target most of the entire core. Lower abs, upper abs, obliques and serratus. Some, like the hanging leg raises are more advance level, but the others should be fairly easy to the beginner. This was followed by 60 minutes on the StairMaster again, BUT...we a weighted vest on. Only 20lbs, but still a good fraction of my body weight. Push yourself each and everyday to get out of that comfort zone, to become a better YOU each and every day ?????
