I put together two different supersets. From a reverse cable curl, right into some cable upright rows. Utilize the equipment if you can for two or more different moves to save on time and keep less rest between sets. Did some ab work here and there as I headed upstairs to some shoulder presses, immediately followed by some preacher curls. It burns, it hurts, and it's exhausting, but that's exactly what you need. To be pushed out of your comfort zone. Remember that your mind will usually quit long before the body. You must train your mind just as much if not more than your body. The mind is what will keep you going and take you places you've never been 💪🏽💯
