I am currently waiting on lab work to come back.i was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and it is a chronic illness. Trying to understand this and learn to live with it has been taking a toll mentally. I will be on here when mentally and physically capable. I know to keep my spirits high and to be positive, but the bad days have been outweighing the good. Today was the first time I’ve felt rested and pushed myself harder at the gym and finally am seeing progress. Life is short but we gotta live everyday as it’s our last ❤️ it’s going to be a lifelong journey but I know I’m doing the best I can and will continue to💓
