This is why injuries suck... I feel motivated to train today, and want to keep the momentum going. But if you don't rest and allow an injury to heal correctly, it never will.... and will lead to nagging chronic issues that never really go away.... starting when I did, I lacked this wisdom. The result is 28 years worth of accumulated tweaks, sprains, micro tears and strains that now cause some degree of chronic pain no matter what I do. In my experience, you're much better off taking a few days and just walking and stretching, maybe do a light flow yoga routine, and letting yourself full heal from an injury than trying to train around the injury or through it. SO..... Take a rest day, go for a nice long 3 mile walk and get a good stretch in when you get home. That's today's workout. Tomorrow I'm going to have a bodyweight leg day regardless... its going to be rough tho... be ready..
