I had to stop to breathe 3 different times and I got so winded in between each stop, it was wild. I could see my shadow as I was waddling back and it was kind of eye opening to see how wide my shadow was and how prominent my waddle gets when I’m out of breath and unable to walk anymore. I feel like I just ran a mile and I probably took 100 steps. 🥵
