Added 2023-01-13 15:33:15 +0000 UTCAs of this morning we have submitted 7 different support tickets with OnlyFans, each and every one of them has been closed without them even contacting us back regarding the issues. Not a single email or message back on the support page. They are just ignoring our requests for help and we can't understand why. We are so frustrated, discouraged, and sad and just can't believe this is happening. Onlyfans is notorious for having terrible customer service, but completely ignoring people who are making you money is beyond that. We are sorry to keep venting about this, but we want to keep everyone updated and hope people stick around until we get this figured out. We haven't slowed down on making content, we are just unable to upload any of it. Thanks everyone
