Added 2024-03-15 19:50:04 +0000 UTCI believe that when you stop exercising, it is harder to get back into the rhythm of training. That's why I try not to skip workouts even on days when I feel like it's hard. Consistency is the key to a successful return to exercise 🏋️♀️💪
