Works been exhausting so I'm apologizing for the same poses😬. I like to meal/food prep so I've always have something to pull from the freezer for lunches at work. This is a pork tenderloin, dry rub, sweet baby ray's BBQ sauce (no sugar added) done in crock pot then shredded. I made sweet slaw. Also super easy. Chop cabbage, shredded carrots, vinegar, light mayo, Miracle whip, & Greek yogurt, celery seed, artificial sweetener. With the yogurt can get watery after a few days so I may just chop cabbage & shred carrots & put half in baggie to make slaw later. Then mix up a batch to eat in a couple days. So then used heart healthy pita (50cal & low net carbs), pulled pork, add more BBQ sauce, dill chips & slaw.😋 delish!
