


Still working towards an unassisted pull up π & sample of those 25lb dumbbell curl & press. Still nursing a rear delt strainπ so kinda more of a push press. I was feeling strong today! I've really been working on lunges with knee to the ground (holding 25lb dumbbells) & going deeper into my squats. I'd lighten up on the bar to do that. Sometimes accomplishments are just about going heavier, quicker, or more reps. It can also mean doing more concentrated movements π
