I had some time so I thought I’d post my dieting Tips: 1) there is no secret to weight loss, it’s the same for everyone 2) don’t deprive yourself , limit how much you eat of what you want 3) calculate your RMR! You burn calories doing nothing. What I do, daily, is plan 3 meals that range in 300-500 calories, then I plan about 1-2 snacks that are 70-200 calories. This usually gets me to a consumption around 1700-2000 calories (which is low for men but high for women) What to do for YOUR needs is: Calculate your resting metabolic rate Subtract 200 calories (this is what you need to consume to lose weight If you don’t move or think all day) Then I do about 1-2 workouts with at least 30-45 minutes of cardio (look up HIIT workouts on YouTube! It’s redundant but I love chloe ting she is very consistent) OR go in a 1.5 hour walk/run. I aim to burn 300-600 calories (600 calories is when I want to eat sweets hehe) I went cold turkey on meat, sugary drinks (yes-even coffee I drink it black), alcohol and eating out for the first month and it really made a difference for me, it might work for you. Set goals you know you can attain, it takes time to stay consistent but if you can dedicate a week, you can make a habit. If you need any help, shoot me a message!
