



today was the 2nd leg day of the week!!🍑🤭~ today’s workout consisted of:
incline leg press 4x12-15
cable kick backs 4x12-15
hip abductor (heavier weight each set) 4x15-20
heavy hip thrusts until failure 4x10-12
also tonight i’ll be incorporating some new content!! (as you may know, booking studios and photographers can be tricky and sometimes difficult so i appreciate your patience in the process! i’ve been dying to try new things and switching up the environment 🌊🤭 i am so excited to be sharing this new version of content on my platform 🤍✨ also i will still be doing yoga/fitness videos and photos, i just want to try out something new every now and then :3)
