


rest day today!!~ ^. ^ (glute n quads update πͺπ½π€Έπ½) typically on my rest days, i eat as many whole foods as possible. whole foods are important for muscle recovery and growth, i personally eat a lot of rice, veggies, salmon and fruit. i am a fruit girl too π π so i do incorporate a lot of carbs in my diet because i need the extra substance π€βΊοΈ
